Monday Teen Connections
This program is a 10-week group that is devoted to teaching students about self-regulation of their thoughts and emotions. We use games, activities, and stories to help explain the concepts of self-regulation then move to teaching strategies to use to identify and manage our thoughts and emotions. Finally, we transition to putting these techniques into practice both group and outside the group with friends, family, and other people in the students' lives.
Ages: 13-16
Dates: April 7 - June 23
*No session April 21 or May 19 due to stats*

Are you ready for fun and friendship? Our Friendship Club is specially designed for children ages 4-7 to help them develop important social and life skills while having a blast! This group will focus on various topics that are essential to making friends: sharing, turn-taking, sportsmanship, conversation skills, self-regulation, identifying emotions, and more.
