MONDAY- Facing Your Fears
Ages: 13-16 yrs 

Our Facing Your Fears group is designed for teens ages 13-15 who want to develop skills for managing anxiety and overcoming fears in a supportive environment. This program focuses on real-life strategies to help teens understand their anxieties, practice coping techniques, and build resilience. Through discussions, activities, and peer support, teens learn to identify precursors to their anxiety, set realistic goals, and develop healthier ways to handle stress. This group empowers teens to face challenges with confidence, encouraging personal growth, self-acceptance, and a stronger sense of control over their emotional well-being.
Dates: January 6th - March 10th (9 weeks; holiday on February 17th)

TUESDAY- Howard B. Wigglebottom
Ages: 4-7 yrs

​Designed for children ages 5-7, our group uses the engaging and fun Howard B. Wigglebottom curriculum to help children build essential social skills in a supportive environment. Through interactive stories, activities, and role-playing, children will learn important lessons about listening, kindness, teamwork, and managing emotions. Each session is designed to be playful and positive, making it easy for young minds to grasp key concepts while developing confidence and empathy in a group setting.  Join us as we support your child in building strong, positive connections with others!

WEDNESDAY - Workplace Readiness
Ages: 17+ yrs

Our Workplace Readiness group for ages 16+ is designed to equip young adults with essential skills for success in the workplace. This program covers practical topics such as communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving, all critical for a successful transition to employment. Participants will engage in hands-on activities, role-playing, and real-world scenarios to build confidence and prepare for the expectations of a professional environment. With guidance from experienced instructors, each session provides valuable insights into what it takes to thrive in a workplace, empowering young adults to step into their future careers with readiness and self-assurance.
Dates: January 8th - March 12th (10 Weeks)

Using a research-based curriculum tailored for this age group, participants explore tools for identifying their worries, developing coping skills, and building confidence. Through guided activities, games, and discussions, kids learn they’re not alone and gain a sense of empowerment over their anxieties. This group offers a supportive environment for self-expression and growth, helping children face their challenges with courage and resilience.
