Danielle Ramos, M.Ed., BCBA, IBA Danielle Ramos is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), RASP Category A, and Founder and Clinical Director of RISE Behaviour Services (Vancouver Island, Canada). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of São Paulo and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Simon Fraser University (Canada), and completed her training in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) through Florida Tech (USA). Danielle also works as a Clinical Supervisor and Organizational Behaviour Management (OBM), providing guidance and support to clinics and professionals in Brazil, Canada, the United States, and Portugal. She is a speaker at conferences on topics such as child development, leadership, and supervision in Behaviour Analysis. As a mother of a child with autism, Danielle brings not only professional expertise but also deep personal insight and empathy to her work. Her combined professional and personal experience allow her to support individuals and their families with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based strategies that promote meaningful growth, independence, and quality of life. |

Mackenzie Martin, B.A., BCaBA
Mackenzie Martin is a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst, RASP - Category B, co-owner of RISE Behaviour Services. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Victoria and is now pursuing her Master’s of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. She has much experience developing evidence-based intervention programs based on Applied Behaviour Analysis for children with diverse abilities and works collaboratively with families and various professionals in the field to help individuals and their families achieve goals. Mackenzie believes personal strengths should be focused upon in order to maximize skill development. |

Reece Macdonald, B.Sc., M.Ed. Candidate - Clinical Manager and Behaviour Consultant
Reece Macdonald is the Clinical Manager and a Behaviour Consultant at RISE Behaviour Services. She holds a degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Behavioural Intervention and is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Education specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Western University. Reece brings a collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to her work with children and families. Drawing on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), she works closely with families to develop practical, individualized strategies that promote meaningful progress and help children build skills that support their success at home and in the community. In her role as Clinical Manager, Reece provides training, guidance, and ongoing support to RISE’s Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs) and Behaviour Interventionists (BIs), helping ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery across our clinical programs. Reece is passionate about creating a supportive environment where children, families, and staff feel valued, respected, and empowered. She is committed to fostering strong relationships and ensuring that the services provided at RISE are compassionate, collaborative, and focused on meaningful outcomes for every child and family. |

Amelia Rogers, M.A., BCBA - Behaviour Consultant and Homeschool Coordinator
Amelia is a Behaviour Consultant at RISE. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria and her Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has been working with children with autism for the past 10 years. Amelia is deeply passionate about her work, and her love, dedication, and commitment to supporting her clients and their families truly make a meaningful difference in their lives. |

Sophia Dsouza, B.Econ., M.Ed. - Behaviour Consultant
Sophia is an empathetic and dedicated Behaviour Consultant and Behaviour Interventionist who is passionate about
helping children feel supported, understood, and confident in their abilities. She holds a Master of Education from Thompson
Rivers University and brings experience working across classroom, special education, and individualized learning environments.
Sophia is currently completing coursework in Applied Behaviour Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology to become
a behaviour analyst, further expanding her knowledge and skills in evidence-based behavioural practices. She is committed to
creating positive, individualized learning experiences that build on each child’s strengths and support meaningful growth and independence.

Katy Bon, B.A., RBT, M.Sc. Candidate - Behaviour Consultant
Katy received her BSc in Psychology from the University of Victoria and has been a valued member of the RISE team for the past
few years. She has completed her Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certification and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree
in Behaviour Science through Purdue Global, as she continues her education toward becoming a Behaviour Analyst.
Katy is passionate about creating safe, supportive, individualized, and engaging environments where children can learn, build
confidence, and experience meaningful growth. She brings warmth and enthusiasm to her work and is committed to helping
each client develop skills that support their individual goals and success.

Brennah Nelson, B. Sc., RBT
Brennah has been a member of the Rise team since graduating from the University of Victoria with a
Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2024. In her time at Rise she has completed the Registered Behaviour
Technician Certification and has discovered a passion for working with children. She is eager to further her
education and experience in ABA therapy.
Brennah enjoys finding creative ways to incorporate the interests of her clients into their sessions, valuing
forming meaningful connections with clients, their families and is dedicated to creating a safe, fun and
individualized environment where her clients can learn and grow.

Senior Behaviour Interventionists (SBIs)
Nicole Lyon, BI
Nicole began her career as an Education Assistant in schools across British Columbia, where she specialized in supporting students
with behavioural needs. Over the past 10 years, she has worked with neurodiverse individuals of all ages across a variety of settings.
As a Behaviour Interventionist with RISE Behaviour Services, Nicole is passionate about helping individuals build meaningful skills
and achieve their goals. She is dedicated to advocating for neurodiverse learners and uses her creativity, compassion, and collaborative
approach to create safe, supportive environments where clients and families can thrive.

Harmony Pierce, B.Sc.
Harmony has worked as a Behaviour Interventionist for nearly three years and is currently furthering her
education in Behaviour Analysis. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Victoria
and is currently pursuing her education to become a midwife, with a passion for supporting women, children, and families.
Coming from a large family and having previously taught dance, Harmony discovered early on her love of working with children.
She enjoys building meaningful relationships with the families she supports and is passionate about helping each child develop
new skills while celebrating their individual strengths.
