Danielle is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, RASP Category A, our Clinical Director and owner of RISE Behaviour Services. She received a Bachelor's degree in Education from University of São Paulo and a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Simon Fraser University. As a Behaviour Interventionist and Behaviour Analyst she has implemented behaviour and social skills programs using the methods of Applied Behaviour Analysis. As a mom of a child with autism, Danielle brings a range of experience and personal understanding to help individuals and their families.
Mackenzie Martin, B.A., BCaBA
Mackenzie Martin is a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst, RASP - Category B, and owner of RISE Behaviour Services. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Victoria and is now pursuing her Master’s of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. She has much experience developing evidence-based intervention programs based on Applied Behaviour Analysis for children with diverse abilities and works collaboratively with families and various professionals in the field to help individuals and their families achieve goals. Mackenzie believes personal strengths should be focused upon in order to maximize skill development.
Hannah Ayton, B.A., BSW., BCaBA
Hannah Ayton is a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst, RASP - Category B. Hannah has been part of RISE since the our early days. She received degrees in Psychology and Social Work and is currently working on her masters in Behaviour Science at Florida Tech Institute of Technology. Hannah is our front line team supervisor and ensures that all our RBTs are receiving appropriate training and supervision. She is also responsible for the planning and supervision of our HomeSchool and Social skills groups.
Alia Shihadeh, M.A., BCBA
Alia Shihadeh is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, RASP. Alia started as a behaviour interventionist at RISE, and after 4 years working with us she decided to become a BCBA. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Victoria and a Masters in Behaviour Science at Florida Institute of Technology. She has extensive experience working with kids with autism, developing and implementing strategies to support skill acquisition and helping families better support their kids. She is passionate about her work and is constantly learning to better support our families.
